Book a confidential consultation or mediation session below. Sessions are available by video or phone. If booking on behalf of multiple parties, please include all participant email addresses when prompted — all parties will receive a confirmation automatically.
Rates
Longo Mediation currently offers roster rates — below standard Ontario market rates — as part of building an early client base. All fees are plus HST.
Half-Day Mediation (up to 3 hours): $600 + HST, per Ontario mandatory mediation guidelines
Full-Day Mediation (up to 6 hours): $1,200 + HST, equivalent to two half-day sessions
Fees include preparation time and the mediation session. Additional time beyond the booked session is available at an hourly rate — contact us to confirm.
Rates will transition to standard market rates as the practice grows. Early clients benefit from roster pricing now.
